Our commitment to clarity

Understanding our terms is key to a smooth partnership. This page outlines what you can expect from PCS and what we kindly ask from you. We believe in transparency and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.

Terms of service / Client agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of services by PIM Consultant Services (PCS) ("the Service Provider") to any client ("the Client"). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these Terms.

PIM Configuration Services offers independent IT consulting and application support services, specialising in Project Information Management (PIM) systems. Our services include configuration assistance, data handling, and administrative support.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis and are tailored to your specific requirements, as agreed in writing (e.g., via email or a formal proposal).

Please note, PCS operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Deltek or any related organisation.

Defining the scope of work

The precise scope of services will always be agreed upon before any work commences. Should any additional work be requested outside of the initial agreed scope, it may:

  • Require a revised quote, or
  • Be billed at an agreed hourly or day rate.

We aim to keep you fully informed and ensure clarity on all project aspects.

Your data and privacy

We understand the importance of your data. We only use your information to understand the scope of work and the tasks required for your project. Your data will not be passed to any other individual or business.

Upon completion of the work, all specific project data will be deleted from our systems, with the exception of public company information and main contact details. These will be removed from our database after three years.

For more details on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations and alterations

Should you wish to cancel work before it has been completed, you can do so and receive your deposit back within the first week of giving said deposit, up to three weeks before the work is due to be carried out.

If you wish to cancel while work is being carried out, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will be charged for the time already spent on the project.

Any alterations to the scope of work can be arranged at any time. Upon request to change the scope, the work will be temporarily halted, and a meeting will be arranged. Amendments to the scope, timeline, and cost can then be discussed before work continues.
